The following summary of key National, State and local legislation approved, pending and rejected and are presented as information only. As I have attempted to track and catalog legislative changes that may impact real estate ownership, development and investing I have found it difficult to maintain an on-going record of the evolving legislative environment. The following is not intended to be an all inclusive list due to the enormity of that task, but is only a rolling cataloging of legislative actions that have been presented to me as information that may impact Colorado ownership and investing.
